Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online shop. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a refund, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange. If your exchange is approved, we will ship the new item to you.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photographic evidence of the damage and may require the item to be returned to us for inspection. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. Once we receive the damaged item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
Please note that we are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized items.
